Beautiful property, but the buildings water pump kept us up all night long. Also there is no view of anything from that apartment especially not the capella medicee

The location is great, the place was clean, and the staff was very nice. The kitchen appliances, the fridge, aircon, and the washing machine was very useful for our stay. The only downside is the lack of some amenities, such as tissues and laundry detergent; we ended up having to buy a large bottle of laundry detergent at a nearby store just for the three days, which we could not carry with us in our remaining journey and had to leave it. (The place did supply us with shampoo and toilet paper, so this was a relief)

5 Days in Florence

This apartment is in a perfect location right in the center of everything. The apartment was clean. We did notice it being dirty as described in other reviews. It is a barebones apartment. There are no paper products in the kitchen nor coffees, teas, salt, pepper etc. But there is a store just around the corner where these items can be purchased. When booking note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and there are about 60 steps to climb.

Don’t waste your money.

I spent a decent amount of money on this property plus a hefty cleaning fee they never mention till you get there to only be in an apartment that was filthy. Had layers of dirt and dust, was unable to use the one bedroom due to termites and dirt falling consistently from the ceiling and onto the bed and pillow as well as people who don’t communicate. Not to mention they wouldn’t help in any way and didn’t care about the atrocious experience. I brought it up kindly first hoping they’d remedy it and at the very least return my cleaning fee and after the rudeness and lack of communication and care for anyone I will be very honest. Save your money and stay elsewhere it’s not worth your money and walking up 60+ steep steps.

We had to wait for almost 1 hour outside before we got our key, although we informed the owner/management of the arrival time by train a day earlier. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there was no elevator. We expected the apartment to be spotless, especially with a cleaning fee of E70, but we found a lot of dust in the bedroom, inside the closet, and on the loft with so many boxes/unneeded stuff on the loft. No kettle/coffee maker. No coffee/tea provided. The washing machine was handy, but we had to buy the laundry detergent. Great location. Walking distance to the train station, Uffizi, Duomo, and Accademia. Next to Mercato Centrale with a food court at a reasonable price.

The location can hardly be better - steps from the Medici Church (Capelle Medicee), as well as right at he Mercato Centrale and of course many restaurants are around. The price for this location is just perfect- can not be any better. The apartment is clean, everything works, the host is very friendly and we had everything we needed to enjoy Florence without any troubles whatsoever. I would note that apartment is located on 3rd floor of building without elevator. So if you are not willing to climb a few steep steps just keep that in mind.

pas de réceptionniste à notre arrivée malgré le RV fixé. Pas d'explication sur le fonctionnement des appareils électriques (eau ,télévision,chaudière) A 22h ,nous avons dû envoyer en URGENCE un message cause bruit assourdissant de la chaudière qui se mettait en marche régulièrement . Nous avons dû appeler pour savoir où laisser les clefs à notre départ. Donc, NOUS SOMMES DECUES PAR L'ACCUEIL ET D'AVOIR ETE LIVREES A NOUS -MEMES (Débrouillez-vous ....) a signaler : la lampe d'un chevet qui est grillée . La lumière de la pièce de vie qui s'éteint et se rallume seule. Balayette des WC trouvé propre mais cassée. Odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Obligées de laisser la fenêtre ouverte.. LE SEJOUR DANS LA VILLE PARFAIT . C'EST MAGNIFIQUE ; les gens agréables. Tout sur place. L'emplacement excellent

LOS problemas del lugar son: 1. No hay elevador, y hay que subir 60 escalones super empinados, 2. El lugar tiene una bomba en la recámara, que NO deja dormir, suena TODO el día! 3. Se oye mucho ruido de los vecinos, gritos, que mueven muebles y demás, es bastante molesto. 4. Un sartén para cocinar 5. Hay que comprar jabón para la lavadora. 5. Baño muy pequeño. Lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Experiencia muy mala, en el cuarto hay una bomba de agua que suena las 24 horas del día. El internet nunca funcionó. El aire acondicionado del cuarto nunca prendió. Y la comunicación con la propiedad es muy mala.

Posizione super!!

L'appartamento è confortevole ed in zona centrale, comodissimo e vicino alla stazione di SMN. Si dorme bene e la notte non si sentono rumori. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano e non c'è l'ascensore, per cui non è adatto a persone anziane.
