This hotel was absolutely amazing, location was close to all the major attractions in the city but very quiet and peaceful in the evening at the end of the day. The room that we were allocated was bright, clean well finished with quirky furniture and fittings. Breakfast every morning was a complete joy from the buffet bar selection to the homemade baking. We stayed 5 nights and will definitely return in the future. 100% perfection,well done Stella d’Italia.

Great hotel, we enjoyed everything about this hotel. The ladies at the front desk were all great so friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful, if you needed something they had it for you asap. The breakfast in the morning was a perfect start to our day, the food and drinks were delicious. We had a very unique room which we really liked with high ceilings, good shower water pressure, safe in the room and the bed was comfortable. The location is perfect to get anywhere quickly. We would definitely return to Stella d'Italia.

Amamos todo del hotel, el staff fue sumamente amable y la habitación un cosa bella. La vista en la terraza es hermosa y el desayuno excelente. Está en una zona segura, frente a él está la tienda de FENDI y a un lado PRADA, entre otras… ubicado tan solo a unos metros del río Arno y llegas Ponte Veccio en menos de 3 minutos. Perfect family stay in the heart of Florence

We had the most wonderful stay at Stella d’Italia during our family trip to Florence. We booked the Family Suite, which was absolutely perfect for our needs—spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully laid out so we could all relax after busy days exploring the city. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful loggia right outside our door. It became our favourite spot to sit in the morning with a coffee or in the evening to unwind—so peaceful and full of Florentine charm. Breakfast each day was excellent, with plenty of fresh, high-quality options to please both the adults and children. The warm hospitality from the staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The location was ideal for exploring Florence on foot, yet felt tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet downtime. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip and will be recommending Stella d’Italia to friends and family. We’ll definitely be back—thank you for making our stay so memorable!

The room was gorgeous and the breakfast outstanding. All the breads and pastries made on site. They serve you coffee. Beautiful flowers in the main breakfast room. Our reception went smoothly which we appreciated since we were tired. A big shout out to AnaLisa on the staff for her correspondence and support.

This is a very pretty property. Loved the eclectic decor. Breakfast was included. Beautiful rooftop and views. Breakfast and bar staff were nice. The place is in the center of Florence. You can literally walked everywhere. Lots of shopping, food options and museums.

Fantastic stay and the staff were super accommodating with our emails prior to check-in. We ended up being delayed 6+ hours and only made it to the hotel after the concierge had left so the night staff checked us in. Didn’t really receive any info, at that point but we stopped in after breakfast at the reception desk and was given a run down. Sad that our stay was so short, will stay again if given the opportunity to come back!
