Great place

Fantastic location. You do have to climb a few flights of stairs which was not a problem for us at all, but may be if guests have physical limitations. All the amenities worked GREAT, including the AC and shower/water pressure. I saw a comment about noise on the street but we didn't find that problematic at all. (It's a big city, so of course there is some activity). Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a great location.

This property earns its high score due to location, location, location -- with a side note of quirkiness thrown in... We did enjoy our stay here, mostly. The kitchen, bath, and beds were satisfactory, mostly. The uniqueness of the layout on the top floor was welcomed. However, if the property owner or the management company wants to earn a higher score than four stars, this is what I'd recommend -- 1) add a dish towel or two in the kitchen, 2) if apartment is dormant for a while, have someone use the kitchen drain, adding soap, to eliminate drain odor due to dormancy, 3) ask the housekeeping company to clean the mold off the upper shower wall, 4) perhaps wash the floors a bit better throughout, 5) provide some instructions for foreign visitors, re: garbage sorting with labels on bins, 6) provide a few more instructions, in general, 7) provide spare sheets to be used on sleeper sofa (there were none), and here's the big one -- (8) street noises from the famous sandwich shop outside the windows last into the night making through sleep a challenge -- maybe offer some ear plugs for the weary traveler. I think this is a great place. I'd still give it four stars -- all the concerns notwithstanding. These few improvements might make it a solid 5 stars for most visitors. Cheers!
