Unlivable Conditions – Strong Mold Smell I did not stay at this hotel due to unlivable conditions. Upon entering the room, there was a very strong and overwhelming mold/mildew odor that immediately raised health and safety concerns. The smell was so severe that the room was not habitable. Because of this, I left the property shortly after arrival and did not stay overnight. This was extremely disappointing, as basic cleanliness and air quality are the minimum expectations for any hotel stay. I would not recommend this property until the mold issue is properly addressed. I have requested a full refund and have yet to hear back from them. That is the least they could do. I have never experienced anything like this.

Room was nice. Didnt see the email with instructions until we figured out how to get into the room. An email with instructions was sent but since I was travelling i didnt get a chance to check my email. Maybe in the future have the hotel send instructions 48 hours in advance instwad of 24.

Staff were very lovely and the room was very clean. AC was very refreshing especially in the 35°C heat and worked extremely well. You can expect to walk 15-20 minutes Into the main touristy bits but I couldnt reccomend this any more if you are staying in Florence.

We only stayed 1 night to catch our flight in the morning but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We stayed one night. Sra. Tiziana was was very helpful about everything we asked. She held the luggage until the room was ready and held it for the day until we picked it up so did not have to drag it around. It is a 12 minute easy walk from the Firenze SMN train station. She was able to direct us to the most efficient public transportation when necessary. The room was clean and quiet. If you go in the summer, ask them to show how their AC units work. Morning breakfast was pleasant and typical continental. After you leave in the morning, you are able to return there without going through a front desk, just punch in the code. Recommended highly. We were traveling as a party of four and we all agreed.

This is a small boutique hotel. The woman who runs it is very knowledgeable, frendly and helpful. It look loke it was remodeled recently, so it is clean and comfortable. And she serves a nice breakfast.
