Este pequeño estudio cómodo para dos personas se encuentra en la misma calle del David de Miguel Ángel. Es a pocos minutos a pie de las obras maestras de la Edad Media y el Renacimiento de la zona centro de la ciudad: la Catedral con la cúpula de Brunelleschi, el Palazzo Vecchio y Loggia dei Lanzi en la Plaza de la Signoria, Uffizi Palace, que alberga uno de los museos más importantes del mundo, la churche de San Lorenzo. Hay muy pocos lugares en el mundo donde tantas obras maestras y bellezas de la naturaleza, se han juntado. El estudio es luminoso y tranquilo y es en el último piso cuarto de un edificio con ascensor y portero. El frente del edificio mantiene su aspecto antiguo. El apartamento dispone de calefacción privado, aire acondicionado, teléfono de la casa de vídeo, TV vía satélite y puerta de entrada blindada. Cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de cocina con fogones eléctricos, un baño con ducha y un pequeño trastero. El suelo es un parquet de madera de olivo. La cama es doble cómoda y sus tamaños son 165 x 190 cm.

The property was located centrally. We were able to walk to train in 10 minutes or so. The tram to visit Cascine Market was in front of train station. The apartment was efficient and light with windows that opened to see street below. My husband is tall and could cook from bed without getting up. We had a enjoyable stay and the elevator was a plus.

Enzo and Silvia were very kind and attentive to anything I might need. They also recommended some great restaurants to try out, all very good. Though this is a studio apartment it has everything one might need and is within minutes of any of the main attractions in Florence. A great advantage!!!l

Location of this VRBO property is excellent, in the heart of city center as well as to the Tram. The place is very clean and functioning so well! Everything you need is there and you don’t pay for extra that is un-necessary.

Silvia and Enzo welcomed us in their very cozy little studio in florence , The Appartement was clean , with care decorated , and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Florence , the localization was great and is just few steps away from the Duomo . I would gladly return for second stay .

This is the perfect place, and these are the perfect hosts, for a stay in center city Florence. The location is a stone's throw from the Duomo, and there are crowds everywhere, and yet it's perfectly quiet in the apartment. The apartment itself, which is spacious, has everything you could possibly need including excellent WiFi. Finally, you couldn't find more gracious and helpful hosts.

Great location

Very nice stay, what you see is what you get. It is located in the middle of the center so everything is nearby. Our contact with the host was great.

The location was perfect. You can walk to all the beautiful places Florence has to offer. Grocery store on the same block and the best gelato in town a few doors down. Very clean and secure.

This is the perfect place to stay for the traveler who wants a very clean, simple, cost effective place to stay in the heart of Florence! You can see the Duomo when you walk out the door! The host made it impossible to get lost or to run out of things to see or places to eat. They provided us with a list of great restaurants and bars and they were right about each one! It’s an easy 10 minute walk from the Firenze SM train station. It has small amenities that we didn’t consider bringing (such as tissues to take for the restrooms, scissors, an extra blanket, extra soap, etc). There’s a tiny kitchen in a cabinet and storage in a closet and under the bed. The shower was very nice and we never had a problem with hot water. The elevator was a lifesaver as well as the air conditioning! Both amenities are hard to find in Italy! Tip: when you exit go a couple doors down to the left for the best gelato! The only fault we could find is a lack of hangers. There were only 2, but we managed!

Perfect place to stay in Florence

We stayed here for 9 nights. It was in a wonderful location close to all the sites. We loved having the little fridge and kitchen. We bought lunch food and came home most days to eat lunches. The room had air conditioning which was very helpful as it was a very hot October. We would highly recommend this property. It was also only a 12 minute walk from the train station which is also a big plus.

Great stay in the apartment. The Duomo is right outside and there are plenty of good places nearby to eat. Really convenient location and it is in a larger building that feels very safe. Enzo provided great instructions on how to find it and check in was very easy. He also gave us a very comprehensive document that had recommendations on it with a large amount of restaurants, bars, and activities. We are at a few of the recommended places which were the best meals we had during our stay.

The perfect location in Florence 👌

If you are travelling to Florence and you want to stay in the perfect location then you've found your place, literally one minute from The Duomo ,10 minutes walk from the station and most of the cities attractions. It's a large room, absolutely spotless, with a lovely big bed and a large bathroom with a great shower. Sylvia met us at the apartment and was very helpful and charming, giving us the entry details etc, it's very safe and quiet. Perfect 👌

What a great find! Enzo & Silvia were communicative and helpful from start to finish. The studio is in the heart of Florence, and a quick walk to the train station. This studio had everything I needed for a week in Italy! The apartment complex was a bit noisy at times but completely safe & clean. Lucky to have stayed here!

Fabulous Apartment in a sensational location

Sylvia and Vincenzo are great hosts. Communication before arrival was thorough, great directions and with detailed suggestions on the best places and things to do in Florence. The restaurant Sylvia recommended as her favorite was so good we went back three times. The apartment is typical Florence size but has everything you could need, is spotlessly clean, and with the Duomo visible from the window there can’t be a better location. If you can get a vacancy .. book it!!
