Loved the quaintness of the hotel. Staff are excellent and helpful. Great sitting area and breakfast area. Food was delicious. The area can’t be beat. So walkable to many sites. My only problem was the antique hairdryer. lol you have to see it to understand.

Starting getting bedbug bites two days after checking in and ended up finding and killing one the day before we left. Brought it to the front desk and they said it was probably a mosquito (???) but they would “deep clean” the room. Still got more bedbug bites that night.

Great location, right next to the Duomo with a view from the terrace. Helpful staff, lead by Leone! Ice cream, coffee, breakfast snacks a nice touch and really appreciated having an elevator. Clean and comfortable, the only suggestion would be improved seating in the room. All told a very enjoyable stay.
