The staff were all 5+ star: always very polite, helpful and professional. Room and hotel itself were simple and lovely, but very, very clean. Beautiful terraces and yummi Breakfast. Location is insane to all local shops and main attractions, took me 14 minutes by foot to Duomo and 25 to the Main train station. Would recommend and return.

First off, you get what you pay for. I knew that going in. The pros were that the place was clean and had a modernized bathroom. The cons: the room was tiny and the walls super thin. I could hear everything going on at all times. The room was also hot with nothing to do about it. I slept horribly. I would find better and pay more to get better sleep. You will need it.

Unfortunately had the worst bed, a double that was 2 little singles side by side, so when you rolled over you spread them apart and into the crack. Back still hurts. Bed bugs wit bites that still are itching, hand's, arms, back.

Checked in, the only hotel that insisted on cash payment for city tax. Had two filghts of stairs to climb to the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. No assistance offered. "Double" bed hard against the wall, impossible to get out of if you were against the wall. No safe, no drinks facities, no hotel bar. Other rooms had bunk beds. Found somwhere else to stay and checked out. Managed to get the city tax back but that's all. Disgraceful, should no be on your books.

Everything was really good. Rooms are small but you know that beforehand so not sure why people complain about it. Really close to main places in Florence. The staff are so nice and kind. Delicious breakfast!

This hotel was nice. The rooms were pretty standard, but we had a really strange smell in our that never left! The stuff were all so kind when we checked in the man gave us all the information a map and a bottle of water each! There is nothing wrong with this place. It’s not too far from the centre but there are not a lot of places to eat nearby

The hotel is located on the fourth floor, which is a bit unusual, but there are many quirky places in Italy and we've stayed in some of them. We'd booked a room for three people as we were travelling with our son. The room was very basic, with barely enough space for a double and single bed. There was also a fusty smell in the room. On the plus side, the bathroom was new and clean. The major problem with the hotel was that on the second day, a school group arrived and from that point on it was chaotic. The hotel thought it reasonable to have us in a room amongst the school group. The noise into the night was unacceptable. At midnight, a group of teachers were sitting outside our room playing cards, there was shouting and shrieking, banging on doors well into the small hours. At breakfast the next morning there were so many school kids around the only places on offer were on a shared table with the school group. We complained to the hotel about the noise but have not had a satisfactory response. The idea that they were unaware of the noise issue is frankly ridiculous. So, book this hotel at your peril. Our experience was of a youth hostel, not a hotel.

I feel like the hotel was a glorified hostil. It felt the goal was to get as many rooms into the space as possible. If youre not spending much time in the room, then its not a problem. The was clean which was great. But there was alot of construction going on during the day. No doubt adding more rooms. The breakfast was fine. The gentleman that checked us in, Omar was wonderful. Very informative and kind.
