About this property

Facing Florence's beloved Pitti Palace and Gardens

What We Love!
The grand old fireplace.
A beautiful dining table.
The rooftop terrace.
Original wooden ceilings.

Home of an architect, Alberata Selva has been meticulously designed to a coherent theme, and anything that doesn’t fit has been jettisoned. It’s the sort of obsession we understand. The flat is on the third floor of a building without a lift.. The spacious apartment with a balcony and city views has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 3 bathrooms (2 with a bidet). Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

Situated in the Centre of Florence, 100 meters from Pitti Palace and 800 meters from Strozzi Palace, Great Location Just In front of Pitti Palace offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The property is located 700 meters from Uffizi Gallery, 800 meters from Palazzo Vecchio and 400 metres from Ponte Vecchio. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Santa Maria Novella.

Popular places of interest near the apartment include Piazza del Duomo di Firenze, Piazza della Signoria and Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The nearest airport is Florence Airport, 10 km from Great Location.
