Beautiful Apartment

The location of the apartment is perfect, you can easily walk to all of the Florence hot spots. The apartment was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Cosimo was a gracious host and easy to correspond with. Highly recommend!

Best location ever.

We rented this apartment solely on others reviews. It did not disappoint. Location, location, location. Cosimo was an excellent host. Once you learn the lay of the land everything is a 15-20 minute walk. If you need to catch a bus it’s a 2 minute walk. We stayed 2 weeks in the apartment and had no issues. I highly recommend this apartment if you come to Florence. Ciao, Anna

Wonderful home in Florence

Loved our time in Florence and the apartment was perfect. Great location away from the crowds but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was roomy, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. It would be nice to have a written book with a little more info about the apartment, restaurant suggestions, etc. Cosimo was a great host and was helpful when needed.

Wonderful spot

Apartment was perfect for our 2-person week-long stay in Florence. The size was very comfortable, the location both central and quiet. And the windows overlooked a green garden. Our host was very responsive and made everything very easy. We would definately consider a furture booking here with him!

Perfect apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was just out of the prime tourist areas but still close enough to walk to everything we wanted to see. The main room was light and airy and the bedroom had a comfortable bed and the best shower we've ever had in a VRBO rental. It was perfect for our needs and we'd rent it again on a future trip. Highly recommend.

A wonderful apartment

Cosimo's apartment is delightful, exactly as pictured in the photos. It is spacious and bright with lovely large windows. The bed is comfy, and the bathroom and shower are great! The location is perfect, on a quiet street but within walking distance of everything. We loved having the apartment to come back to at the end of a day of walking and sightseeing!

Perfect location

After spending four nights in a hotel in a Rome , our place in Florence was perfect for us to spread out. Our host met us at the door and explained everything to us even found us a great seafood restaurant. It’s very easy walk to all the locations but yet quiet area to sleep in. There’s a lovely bakery as you go out to the right there is also a grocery store that’s very close. I definitely would stay here again if we were coming to Florence. The pictures are exactly what you get. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large. It sure beat staying in a hotel room. We ate at Pescepane which is right around the block.

Perfect for our needs. Great neighbourhood only 18 minute walk to ponte ala grazi. Cossimo the host was obliging and friendly. Allowed us to leave our baggage on last day. Very much appreciated. Well-equipped, clean, quiet.

My husband, age 80, and I found the charming Colonna Suite location perfect for exploring Florence. Bus routes pass directly by and connections with lines around the city abound; bus tickets available at the corner Tobacco Shop. Grocery store is an easy walk. Clean, well-stocked with cooking equipment and some basic ingredients, quiet sleeping, and plenty spacious. Cosimo was an accommodating host who made life easy!

Wonderful quiet location

This light filled spacious and comfortable space was really a home away from home. Lots of light from the large windows and the tall ceilings beat any hotel room hands down. 10/15 min walk to most all of the major sites of the city, and a bus right out side the door make this a convenient base. Thank you Cosimo for opening your place to the rest of the world!

Huge comfortable apartment, great location

Cosimo’s apartment is huge, we’ll furnished, clean and in a great location. My wife and I drove to Florence so having a place that was convenient to parking outside the ZTL as well as an easy walk to the city’s highlights was important. Cosimo’s apartment offered both. Cosimo was very helpful and responsive whenever we contacted him, and we felt completely safe in and around the apartment.

Perfect Florence Apartment

The apartment was clean, airy and gas everything we needed. Just 10min walk from the Duomo, it was easy to get to and yet was very quiet at night. Cosimo was wonderful to arrange a taxi to the train station on our last day. I hope to be coming back again!

The perfect place for an extended stay

I stayed at Cosimi’s flat for 3 weeks while visiting Florence & was beyond happy with my choice. The flat itself is spacious and has everything you could possibly need as it is fully stocked. The windows let in natural light, and there is a pretty view into the back garden (the neighbors garden). The flat is in a residential neighborhood next to a school & is slightly outside of the hustle & bustle of the city center, but still close enough to be a 15-20 minute walk to just about anywhere you’d want to go. There are also great cafe’s & bars nearby. My personal favorite was the cafe just around the corner called “da… I Cugini”… the frozen treats are spectacular! Another upside to the location of the flat being slightly further out is that it was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable, and I honestly can’t think of a single thing that I’d change about the place. Cosimi was a very attentive host and had excellent communication. I mistakenly broke the key and had issues with the shower head while I was there & Cosimi was at the flat the very next morning each time to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable

This apartment was a perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring Florence and dealing with crowds everywhere. It's roomy and comfortable and blessedly quiet. We enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood, had a great dinner at a local restaurant and enjoyed buying fresh fruit and veggies at an outdoor market a few blocks away. The host was very gracious and helpful. He offered to arrange a taxi for us to get to the airport, which we appreciated.
