Great location, great apt - but could be better

Great location, great apartment - made for an excellent stay. Could be improved with a bit of tlc to fixing a few things and attention on the cleaning. Just don’t forget your ear plugs as central location means it quite lively but well worth for ease of getting around the city.

Great location around the corner from the Academia and 3 blocks from the Duomo. A nice space for a couple and a teen or young adult. Having a washer was great but wish there were directions for use other than choose setting and press start. A larger bar of soap or some shower gel would also have been nice. All and all a very good value and location.

Great Space in Florence

Overall, this is a wonderful property to stay in. I really appreciated the laundry. This is not a traditional hotel where there is a check-in, which was frustrating for me. The air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the entire space cool. Because we felt warm we had to open the windows at night. It was still warm and the street is very loud until 3 to 4 am - so hard to sleep. If the air conditioning was stronger and we could have kept the windows closed, we would have been much happier.

The location was excellent, I walked to all of my tours within 15 minutes. It felt like I was living in Florence and it was lovely :) Bonus Shake Cafe across the street for all of my takeaway salads.
