They gave me a not window room. The description of my reserve didn’t specify that. I have to pay for an upgraded. They told me that my reserve was by a third party and that’s the reason that I have no window. The details of my reservation didn’t mentioned that.

It was ok but very poor value for money, room was tiny and it didn’t feel very clean. The bed was comfortable, good black out curtains, good aircon. Really didn’t like the fragrance they use in the room on arrival - cheap, unpleasant. Also, It smelled like mould in the bathroom due to poor air ventilation in the bathroom. Area around the train station is dodgy and always super busy but convenient for getting to and from airport. Staff was nice and it was convenient to leave the luggage at the hotel. Overall very average stay and I’m happy we only stayed there for one night.

Clean room. Excellent breakfast. very convenient location just steps from the train station. The staff is so nice and helpful. We checked in late and the front desk phoned a nearby restaurant to make sure we can still go for dinner. The breakfast staff offered to refill our water bottle for us. Location is good

The hotel was a great location however the reception staff weren’t the most welcoming. The staff were very loud and banged things about from early on. Didn’t feel a 4 star hotel.

A great little hotel with a tram, bus and train stop right outside. Only a 10-15 walk to major tourist area and close to many restaurants. Clean and updated hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast in the morning for an additional cost.

We had a wonderful stay at C Joy Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. After a long international flight, we were so grateful that they were able to accommodate us with an early check-in—it made all the difference and allowed us to rest and recharge. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We also loved the location—convenient and close to everything we needed. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant, and we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future!
