Central, recently renovated, initially clean, self-check in option was great (we arrived at midnight and many properties in Florence refuse to do late check in), we got door codes and that was it, washing machine. Mold (!) all over the front wall, none told us about it while my child and I have respiratory issues and it impeded breathing, dusty, wood bugs falling out occasionally from the old wood ceiling, tiny, no cleaning service or linen/towel replacement for 9 days.
