Wir waren zu viert über Heiligabend in der Unterkunft und alles hat gepasst. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft zwischen Bergen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin lief mehr als reibungslos und es war jeder Zeit jemand ansprechbar. Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen.

Wunderbare Wohnung

Viele Orte von Flintsbach gut zu besuchen. Bei jedem Wetter konnten wir unterschiedliche und interessante Unternehmungen vornehmen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Die Wohnung war groß und perfekt eingerichtet. Danke für alles. Maria

Ein netter Aufenthalt

Wir haben fünf Tage in Bayern verbracht und uns in dieser Wohnung als Rückzugsort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung überzeugt mit einem modernen und gleichzeitig behaglichen Ambiente. Dadurch, dass sich die Schlafräume oben befinden, konnten wir unten nette Abende verbringen, als die Kinder im Bett waren - entweder auf der Sofalandschaft oder auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge.

Einfach Spitze!

Nach so langer Zeit ohne ein "Getaway" war dieses Objekt für 4 Tage perfekt! Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (Teenager+) und wir hatten genügend Platz. Die kürzlich renovierte Wohnung war toll ausgerichtet mit viele Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze und Spülmittel vorhanden. Wir werden nochmal buchen!

Idyllische Auszeit in Flintsbach am Inn

Zu Coronazeiten war das Urlaubsziel schnell entschieden - wir bleiben in der Heimat! Wie man so wunderschön nur eine Stunde von daheim entfernt Urlaub machen kann - toll! Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht als wir angekommen sind. Die Besitzerin hat die Fereinwohnung mit sehr viel Stil und Geschmack gekonnt eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir waren die zweiten Gäste überhaupt und fanden eine fast neue Ferienwohnung vor (wobei zuvor ihre eigene Familie die Wohnung genutzt hatte). Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (Alter 9, 6 und 2) - die Wohnung war groß genug für uns alle. An der Sauberkeit könnte man etwas aussetzen wenn man es genau nimmt und ein Sauberkeitsfanatiker ist, jedoch für uns kein Problem und fühlten uns wohl, hier haben wir als Familienmenschen mit Kindern keine zu hohen Ansprüche. Eine gute Grundsauberkeit war allemal gegeben! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit Stil und Geschmack hergerichtet. Toll waren Features wie kostenlose W-Lan, Netflix und Amazon Prime Nutzung, eine Kaffee- Kapsel- und Filtermaschine (inkl. Kaffeepulver und Kapseln). Vor Ort sind auch eine Waschmaschine (inkl. Waschmittel), Wäscheständer, Handtücher, Föhn, Spülmaschine (inkl. Tabs und Pulver), Bügeleisen / Bügelbrett, Toaster, Wasserkocher, modernes Bad mit Regenshowerkopf, eine weitere Toilette und riesen große Couch (Achtung, die Ausziehfunktion ist sehr hart zum Schlafen, jedoch die Seiten gut und gemütlich zum Schlafen). Die Wohnung verläuft sich auf zwei Stockwerke, was aus der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich war - dies war kein Problem. Ganz im Gegenteil war es super denn die Kinder hatten Abends bereits ihre Ruhe und konnten gestört schlafen. Die Vermieterin war von Anfang an sehr bemüht uns unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen und bereits im Voraus gab sie uns einige wertvolle Ausflug-Tipps. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Der Bäcker ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Burg ist gleich hinter der Ferienwohnung, der Spielplatz im Ort ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Fürs Freibad war es Ende Mai noch zu kalt, jedoch sah es schon von außen nach ganz viel Spaß aus! Im Ort (keine 5 Minuten entfernt) gibt es einen Hofladen mit eigenen Erzeugnissen und einem tollen Spielplatz und im nächsten Ort gibt es einen Netto und einen Penny für die weiteren Lebensmittel. Es gibt sehr viele Wanderwege und tolle Unternehmungen gleich in der Nähe. Rundum war es ein toller Urlaub, eine schöne Unterkunft - gerne empfehlen wir den Oberschopper in Flintsbach am Inn weiter!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Wohnung

Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, sehr schöne und neue Wohnung, super ausgestattet. Auch Hinweise für die Umgebung lagen für uns bereit, sodass man sich direkt orientieren konnte. Ob Ausflugsziele oder Restaurants sowie auch der beste Bäcker war alles beschrieben. Die Lage ist ruhig, sodass einem Erholsamen Urlaub nichts im Weg steht. Gerne wieder!
