About this space
Our spacious 4,000 sqft chalet features an amazing view of Mount Humphreys and is just a mile away from the Snowbowl entrance. This 3-story, 5-bed, 4.5 bath home sleeps up to 14 people in 10 beds.

The property sits on 5.5 acres of land and backs up into a forested area. Our basement features a game room with a TV, pool table, foosball table, and other games.

Please be informed that there may be animals or bugs in or around the house with it being so close to the woods.

Also, please note that the barn is currently occupied so access to the barn is not allowed nor is parking on the space directly in front of the barn either. Thank you.

Please be reminded that starting November 1 through April, there will be a high likelihood of snow and you should have snow chains. The road can be dangerous. Be prepared and drive safely.

Flagstaff beauty.

The property was fantastic. Plenty of space and rooms. Clean. Nice, quiet location. Easy check-in/check-out. Lived up to our expectations. We would stay here again.

The worst beds we’ve ever stayed in

I’ll start with the good: the check in process was easy. The rest of our stay was so bad we left after one night of a 3 night reservation. The master bedroom bed frame was broken when we arrived and all the beds in the house were on cheap, flimsy frames. The small beds were hard memory foam. We basically couldn’t sleep at all so we left the next day and wasted all our money because we weren’t eligible for a refund. There were multiple dead bugs in the bathrooms and kitchen. The hot tub cover was destroyed by earlier tenants and was impossible to move off the tub so just half of the hot tub was usable. The coffee pod maker didn’t work (the drip coffee maker did, thankfully). All in all, I should have put it together that the “external reviews” that showed a 9.4 “excellent” rating didn’t exist anywhere I could find and this was the first time it was on VRBO. I’ll never ever rent from other than a verified host again. That’s on me, I suppose. We went up to ski Arizona Snowbowl and the house is close to that, but (surprise) they have surge pricing so loft tickets were 309 apiece. That’s not the fault of this property group, but just word to the wise…it doesn’t make the trip very fun when it’s more expensive than a Telluride trip. There are other houses around and anything would be better than this.
