Welcome to High Pines Lodge, a spacious, duplex-style Flagstaff vacation rental perfect for large families, group getaways, and snow season retreats. Located just 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon, this beautifully designed mountain home offers an ideal home base for your Northern Arizona adventures.



Enjoy panoramic Flagstaff mountain views from the upper-level balcony or relax in the private backyard complete with a spa, fire pit, and BBQ grilling area — perfect for après-ski evenings or summer nights under the stars. When you book the full home, you’ll have both levels of the duplex to yourself, making it a great option for multi-family stays or group accommodations.

Parking: A maximum of four cars is allowed in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found in nearby public lots of your choosing. Please note: RVs, travel trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property.



Please note that this home, like most homes in Flagstaff, is not equipped with central air conditioning. However, portable fans are provided for your comfort during warmer months.

Guest Access:

Our guests have full and exclusive access to both levels of the home during their stay. The property features keyless entry for a smooth check-in process anytime, day or night. For safety and care of the home, we kindly ask that guests do not tamper with the spa equipment.



The Neighborhood:

We’re proud to share this home in a quiet, welcoming Flagstaff neighborhood. Our guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM to ensure we continue to be good neighbors and maintain this peaceful retreat for future guests.



Getting Around:

While you’re minutes from downtown, we strongly recommend a personal or rental vehicle, as public transportation in Flagstaff is limited. This ensures easy access to Snowbowl, hiking trails, and area attractions like Walnut Canyon, Lowell Observatory, and more.



Other Things to Note:

This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter supply of household essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more to get your stay started. Please plan to purchase additional items based on your group size and length of stay.



House Rules and Notes:

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on the property

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Booking guest must remain on property throughout the reservation

- No smoking anywhere on the property

- Check-in time is 4 PM

- Check-out time is 10 AM

- Early check-in and late check-out may be available (fees apply)

- Pet-friendly with prior approval (pet fees apply)



Due to a New City Ordinance:

- All reservations will go through a verification process

- Please ensure your full name is correctly entered on your reservation at the time of booking

- Valid government-issued IDs will be requested after booking

- We report and prosecute all cases of credit card fraud

Other Things to Note:

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup.

Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.



Interaction with Guests:

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
