With unobstructed ocean views from the main living area, it offers a natural light filled and welcoming space for gathering. All furnishings are brand new and were carefully selected with both comfort and beauty in mind—perfect for family living without sacrificing style.

Experience the spectacular 900-square-foot rooftop terrace, private beach deck and walkover. It's the perfect luxury home providing a space where unforgettable memories are made—together, pets included.
Access to the Home
-Your reservation includes the entire home, all three floors.
-The bottom floor has its own private entrance; it is not accessible from the second or third floors.
- Access to the lower level is from the beach side of the home.
-Access to the second and third floors is on the north side of the home, up the exterior staircase.
-Door codes for both entrances are located in your Happy Stays Welcome Guide under Reservation Details.
-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180 will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-The home has outdoor cameras for security purposes only.
-The person reserving the home must be at least 25 years old and is fully responsible for all guests. This individual must be present at check-in and remain for the full stay.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
