With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living areas, it’s designed for comfort and convenience.

Surrounded by nature and only 25 minutes from Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, it’s the ideal retreat for families or groups seeking comfort and adventure.

The house is thoughtfully distributed across two levels. On the ground floor you’ll find:

-Bedroom 1: One single bed (1 guest)
-Living room: Sofa bed (2 guests)
-Bathroom: Toilet only (no shower or bath)

On the upper floor you’ll find:

-Bedroom 2: One double beds and one single bed (3 guests)
-Bedroom 3: Two single beds (2 guests)
-Bedroom 4: Two single beds (2 guests)
-Bathroom: Full bathroom with bathtub

Although there is no air conditioning, portable fans are provided for the warmer days.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook at home: dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses, and even a washing machine—ideal for longer stays.

The full bathrooms comes with essentials such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.

Whether you`re planning a multi-family holiday, a nature escape, or a remote working retreat in the mountains, this home provides the space, comfort, and charm to make your stay memorable.

As a guest you will have access to:

- Wi-Fi
- Electric heating provided by portable radiators, plus portable fans (no A/C)
-Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker, wine glasses, cooking utensils, plates and cutlery
-One full bathroom on the 1st floor and one toilet on the ground floor.

Located in Fiscal, a quiet mountain town in Huesca, this home is the perfect base for exploring the Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, which is just 25 minutes away. Whether you`re hiking, canyoning, or enjoying the stunning landscapes of the Pyrenees, you`ll be surrounded by nature and clean air.

Fiscal itself is a peaceful village with traditional charm, ideal for relaxing after a day in the mountains. You’ll find local bars, small shops, and scenic walking routes along the Ara River.

Other nearby highlights include:

-Broto and Torla: gateways to Ordesa (25–30 mins)

-Aínsa, a beautiful medieval village (35 mins)

-Jaca, with its cathedral and Citadel (1 hour)

-Skiing at Panticosa or Formigal (1–1.5 hours in winter)

-Water activities in Mediano Lake or Vió canyon

We recommend arriving by car, as public transportation is limited in rural Huesca. Free parking is available near the property.

Despite its peaceful setting, you`ll be well-positioned for day trips across the Pyrenees, and the A-138 road makes travel easy to nearby towns and natural parks.

Please note: The house has a narrow spiral staircase to access the upper floor.

There is a fireplace in the living room for decoration only and it cannot be used.

The apartment also has a decibel detector, in line with community rules.

Note that being in a rural setting, occasional encounters with local insects are possible despite thorough cleaning.

We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors: parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
