Stunning lake views from this spacious 3 bedroom cottage at La Casa Lakeside Resort.Entrance is 2 steps from ground level and features 1 bedroom (queen), full bathroom, open plan kitchen, living room, sofa bed and access to large wrap around deck with propane fire pit. The perfect place to enjoy the Okanagan night sky with the whole family.Second level has 2 bedrooms (both queens), another full bathroom, and access to upper small deck.There is a large, wrap around deck off of the living room with beautiful, unobstructed lake views.This cottage is in the lower resort on Barcelona Drive. If you are looking to be close to the lake, this is a great option!This cottage sleeps a maximum of 8 guests, including children. This unit is dog friendly(fees apply)Driveway parking for 2 small vehicles.

Reservations can be cancellation up to 14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund the deposit minus the booking fee 99.00 plus GST. Final payment is charged to your card 14 days prior to arrival. Payment and Cancellation- We require a reservation deposit, equal to 30% of your total reservation cost, as well as valid government issued photo ID and matching credit card details is required at the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival your deposit will be refunded, minus the booking fee of 99.00 plus GST.

Final payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival date. If Breakaway is unable to provide the booking prior to check-in due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories, Road closures) then only future stay credits for the amount paid, minus the booking fee, will be issued. No refunds will be given credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations one year from cancellation date.
