Séjour très agréable et idéalement situé

Le logement est très agréable, très bien situé à deux minutes du musée Dali, de commerces et restaurants, ainsi qu’un parking payant et sécurisé tout près du logement (comptez environ 40€ pour la semaine pour le stationnement). Il est très dommage que l’ascenseur ai été en panne pendant notre séjour, car nous étions très chargé, et cela ne nous avait pas été précisé, mais beaucoup d’éléments positifs nous ont facilement faits oublié ce problème. La climatisation est un très gros +, ainsi que les équipements. Pensez à ramener une serviette pour la cuisine, et une éponge de meilleure qualité pour votre séjour. Merci à Sandra pour sa réactivité, sa gentillesse et sa sympathie, ce fut un plaisir d’échanger avec elle. Je la recommande et recommande le logement sans problème.

Todo excelente, pero la falta de información por parte del personal podría mejorar

Podrían mejorar su “profesionalidad” como personal de gestión de inmuebles, el día de ayer llegue junto con mi acompañante al apartamento, obviamente queríamos descansar e hicimos uso de la cama y ducha; seguidamente nos ponemos en el salón para ver tv y no había smartv, me dirijo con el personal del inmueble y solicito un cambio de apartamento con smartv, nos supone un gasto extra el cambio que se encuentra lógico, el segundo apartamento es perfecto, el día de hoy realizo el check-out y cuando llego a mi domicilio recibo un mensaje por parte del personal del inmueble donde me exigían el pago de limpieza del primer piso debido a que usamos la cama y una toalla para secarnos. 1r fallo del personal, es no habernos avisado de que si habíamos hecho uso de las instalaciones del piso de partida nos supondría un gasto extra. 2n, deberían de asumir ellos el coste de la limpieza de un juego de sábanas y una toalla, ya que el fallo es por su parte. 3r, el uso de un juego de sábanas y una toalla no debería de tener un importe de limpieza tan alto, es el importe es igual al utilizar todas las instalaciones del piso.
