Somos nuevos en VRBO pero no en el área. Lake Cabins Resort tiene su propia playa privada. Nuestros huéspedes tienen acceso a kayaks y tablas de paddle sin costo adicional. El Lake Cabin Resort también ofrece alquiler de botes. Actualmente, tenemos un pontón y un bote de esquí. La propiedad tiene su propio muelle privado y su barco privado puede amarrarse en nuestro muelle. Tenemos un pozo de fuego en la playa para nuestros huéspedes de la casa del lago y un pozo de fuego con vista a la playa para los huéspedes de la cabaña. Lake Cabin Resorts fue construido a principios de los años 40 y tiene mucha historia local con familias que han disfrutado del resort en años anteriores. Hemos restaurado las cabañas de troncos con cocinas nuevas y muchas mejoras que lo convierten en un excelente lugar de vacaciones. Nuestra propiedad tiene más de 100 pies de frente de agua y se encuentra en la costa norte del lago Fife. Fife Lake fue elegido el mejor lago interior del norte de Michigan en 2014. El pequeño pueblo de Fife Lake también se encuentra en la costa norte.
Estamos ubicados en el norte de Michigan en el lago Fife, de 617 acres, totalmente deportivo. Traverse City se encuentra al oeste del complejo. Está lo suficientemente cerca para facilitar el acceso, pero te mantiene alejado del ajetreo y el bullicio de la ciudad. Los alojamientos del complejo incluyen la gran casa del lago con dos instalaciones y 6 cabañas de madera.
Nuestra playa virgen es un gran lugar para relajarse y tomar el sol. Puede sentirse cómodo con los niños nadando en nuestra playa, ya que el agua es poco profunda hasta el final de nuestro muelle. Nice for a weekend

Cute little cabin, very clean perfect for a weekend getaway. Having kayaks and life jackets right next to beach house almost felt like we would have been intruding upon those staying at the beach house. Otherwise it was a good weekend.

Cozy Getaway

We had 5 adults stay in one of the small cabins and felt there was plenty of room. The cabin was very rustic, clean, and well maintained. The cabin was fully stocked with supplies (including coffee filters!) and condiments. One of the many things that I really liked was that each cabin has and area for their own fire pit, table, and lawn chairs. This area was a good size and was set up to where we felt secluded from the other cabins and could enjoy chatting and playing games with our group. The owner, Jeff, was very friendly and helped us unload and load our vehicles. When he saw us outside of the cabin he made sure to greet us and see if we needed anything. Jeff was so gracious to take our group on a boat ride around the lake and talked to us about the lake and the different properties. These cabins were a great little get away for a girls weekend and the hospitality of the owner was outstanding. Would highly recommend for a getaway with the girls, boys, family, and friends!

Great three nights!!

We really enjoyed are stay in Cabin 5. Lake Cabin Resort was great. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the complimentary kayaks and paddle boards. Our kids had a ball! Would definitely stay again.

Our second stay as great as our first

This was our 2d year here. It was me, my wife, 22yr old son, 19yr old daughter, & daughter’s b-friend. Jeff greeted us as we parked, showed us our cabin & made sure we settled in. Jeff and Becky were unobtrusive, but if you had any concern at all they were right there to help. The cabins are more or less identical: cozy but not cramped. Two bedrooms w/ dble beds, kitchen/dining/sitting room. Microwave, toaster, stove/oven. All the utensils & dishes you need. Normal sized refrig. One bath, with a nice shower: strong flow and plenty of hot water. Every cabin has its own grill & firepit. Firewood is available on site for $5. The grounds are very nice. You'll see on Google maps that it's not a large lot, but we never felt hemmed in. There is a large green space between the cabins and the lake for relaxing. The water front has a strip of sand for kids to play. The water is knee deep so I would feel safe letting kids splash around. The lake is very clean and has a firm sandy bottom. Kayaks and paddleboards are available free of charge. Laundry, grocery, & restaurants are no more than 10 miles away, & Jeff & Becky will give you recommendations for all. You're <60 min from Traverse C, Petoskey, Sleeping Bear, etc., so this is a nice place to stay if you want to explore the area. You won't find better for the price. This is the kind of unpretentious summer cabin I've stayed in since I was a kid, and I loved it. As long as we keep vacationing in NE lower Mich we’ll stay here.

Family Wedding

Noisy but quaint

Cute but oven did not work right gas leak also cabin right next to the road it was noisy. Having our own fire pit and grill was a plus and the lake was picturesque. Our cabin was quaint and we were provided with all the amenities of home over all it was a nice stay for a small family on a short vacation 😊

Perfect getaway!

My sister, my children and I really enjoyed our stay. We rented Cabin 5. The cabin was well stocked and really cute. The owners were onsite and were able to answer any questions we had. They were very helpful and friendly. Fife Lake is close to Traverse City and a great, quiet destination. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the lake. At night, it was nice to have a campfire and relax. I highly recommend staying here.

Get away weekend

Nice cabin, very clean! All the basics you need are there. Liked you had your own fire pit, picnic table and chairs. Just know that when it says rustic cabin that’s what these are, which we were good with. Owners were nice, greeted us as soon as we arrived. Only thing that we had a minor issue was the beds, they’re on the smaller size( believe their fulls) my husbands feet hung off the end/not very comfy and beach area was a little disappointing. There could be some updates but great place close too lots of places too visit. Would go back!!

Family Reunion

Jeff and Beckey's property was perfect for our family reunion. We rented the house and all of the cabins and each family had their own space - it was perfect. The house and cabins have everything you need and everything was spotless! We spent lots of time swimming in the lake, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The little kids had fun playing in the beach and shallow water area. The outside area around the cabins was perfect for eating meals together, outdoor movie night, 80's night, and talking around the fire pit. We ventured into Traverse City and visited the Sleeping Bear Dunes national park. We highly recommend this property!

Family Friendly, Fun, Relaxing

The property is as described. I travelled with two 17 year old girls. We all had fun: relaxing, using the lake for paddle boarding, swimming and kayaking. We did some exploration to the Sleepy Bear Sand Dunes, some jet skiing in Traverse City via Aussie Watersports rental and drove around different adjoining towns for some local fare and sightseeing. The hosts were gracious, full of information and we never felt we couldn’t ask them anything. Very approachable. Highly recommend to anyone.

Midweek getaway

From the moment we arrived, Beckey and Jeff were great hosts. We were greeted immediately and moved to a larger cabin, which worked out well with our teenagers. The rustic cabin was highly efficient and had all we needed to enjoy Fife Lake and Traverse City for a few days. We rented their pontoon, which was a great way to see and enjoy more of the lake. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and appreciated Beckey and Jeff’s hospitality.

Birthday getaway

Great time had by all!! Jeff was amazing and the cabin was everything I hoped and then some. We hope to make it back in the summer sometime so we can take advantage of the lake and amenties.
