Never book this hotel

We booked this place for 2 rooms. We got confirmation from the hotel and hotels.com, in writing. We arrived and were told there was only 1 room. The room did not look anything like the pictures provided. We were shown a room where family members were sleeping. The owner was rude and condescending. We decided not to stay and he demanded we pay him 400 Euros for canceling. Hotels.com was not helpful and we ended up having to find alternate accommodations on our own. Terrible experience especially when you are in a new city.
