La chambre est agréable ainsi que le personnel. Ce qui est insupportable c’est que l’hôtelier réclame le paiement du séjour alors que nous avons déjà payé. Il dit qu’Expedia n’a pas réglé le séjour ! Cela est très stressant et désagréable alors que nous sommes en vacances pour nous relaxer ! Malgré l’envoi d’un mail par jour à Expédia, aucune réponse. C’est affligeant et inacceptable.
