The room was dirty. Hair all over the shower and dirty sheets. There were parties going on all night in two different rooms it was loud smelled of weed and beer and people running up down the hall all night.

You could feel every spring in the mattress. Mold could be see in the bathroom in a few places like above the shower on the wall. Garbage piled up outside around the hotel. A party of about 10 kids were up all night Saturday night being loud with their window open. We had a friend staying with kids in another room and they had the same issue with their room.

Stayed here 3 different times. Had a different room each time. Every room had flies in them. One room, the sink clogged, another room, the bathtub clogged, last room, the toilet clogged. And breakfast isn’t served until 7am.

The room was as expected.The shower pressure and hot water were both excellent. The night time staff was super friendly and when i rang the bell for assistance,he was right there to help me and more than once.

Did not stay there. Staff was smoking right out the front door and I had to walk through it. I have asthma. I was not informed on the phone that the pool was closed. We have stayed there in the past and the pool was why I booked again. I requested a handicap room, they put us in the last row of rooms. Went to check it out and no handicap parking close at all. I would have to take my scooter all the way to the front to get off and on . There was no ramp near our room to use. I told the front desk it was not acceptable and needed to change rooms. She informed me they were not available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We would have to go to another hotel then come back on Monday. I told her no that that didn’t make sense and wanted my money back. She said only for the 3 nights but not the other 3. I told her I will dispute it through my credit card.

Room was WAY outdated, mismatched, and not comfortable. We were so concerned we checked the bed for bedbugs. Room phone didn't work. Everything was awful. And this was supposed to be an upgraded room! Room looked NOTHING like pictures online. Do NOT stay here.
