Absolutely quiet on the outskirts. Our bright and friendly furnished apartment is waiting for you on the upper floor of a well-tended 2-family house. Enjoy your stay on the balcony with a beautiful view of the garden and the fields around our house. On about 85 square meters you will find a large living room with an additional sofa bed and a spacious dining area. Modern separate built-in kitchen with bar table. Bedroom with mirror cabinet and optional cot. Fully equipped wellness bathroom with bathtub and shower and separate toilet. A spiral staircase leads to the attic with a small world of children's games.
In just a few minutes you can reach the picturesque cycle paths on the Eder and Hesse's northernmost vineyard, the Böddiger Berg. The train station is about 20 minutes away on foot. The documenta city of Kassel and the cathedral city of Fritzlar await you in the vicinity. The Edersee, which can be reached in about 30 minutes, is also worth a visit. Our culinary specialties such as "Ahle Wurscht" and "Schmandschnitzel" are known far beyond North Hesse.

Nice, clean, really quiet.

Nice, clean, really quiet as it is last house at the edge of the village without any traffic. Enough space for 2-3 people, but can be used by 4 people as there are 2 beds (sofa) in living room and 2 beds in bedroom + a baby cot. Kitchen is detached from living room. And you have to go threw bedroom to reach bathroom, but there is an extra toilet room from living room. Thank you!

Je kunt direct vanuit de vakantiewoning langs de Eder fietsen en iets verder ook langs de Fulda.

Ruhiger Urlaub in der Natur

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, vor allem gefielen den Kindern die Spiele und der Fußnall kicker, in der Küche und im Bad war alles vorhanden, der Blick aus dem Fenster auf das Roggenfeld lud zum Träumen ein. Wir verbrachten da eine schöne, ruhige Woche.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt für Familien. Es gibt sogar ein Kinderspielzimmer mit Spielsachen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Großzügige, gemütliche und sonnige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine schöne Ferienwoche in dieser gemütlichen, sauberen und großzügig geschnittenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieterin, die mit ihrer Familie im gleichen Haus wohnt, ist sehr sympathisch, freundlich und zuvorkommend, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Wenn gewünscht, gibt sie Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Die Küchenausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck ist ok, wenn hier Wünsche offen bleiben, braucht man es der Vermieterin nur zu sagen, die Bitte wird prompt erfüllt. Man sollte aber wissen, dass zur Ausstattung weder eine Geschirrspülmaschine noch eine Mikrowelle gehören, was für uns kein Problem war, da wir auch zu Hause beides nicht besitzen und nicht brauchen. Nach unseren Ausflügen haben wir gerne auf dem Balkon gesessen und Tee getrunken, während sich die Abenddämmerung auf die grünen Felder senkte. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist 1,40 breit und hat eine gute, nicht zu weiche Matratze. Wer allerdings vor dem Einschlafen gerne noch liest, sollte sich eine Kopflampe mitbringen :-)) Besonders toll ist der Kicker, wir haben seit Jahrzehnten zum ersten Mal wieder Kicker gespielt! Die Wohnung liegt zentral für Ausflüge zu den schönen Fachwerkstädtchen der Umgebung und zum Edersee. Der Edersee-Radweg liegt so nah, dass man direkt vom Haus aus losfahren kann, ohne das Auto zu bemühen. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Schön und kinderfreundlich!

Eine schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Neuenbrunslar. Aussicht über den Ort und umliegende Felder. Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Für den Kindern gab es sogar ein kleines Spielzimmer mit Spielsachen. Im Wohnzimmer stand ein großes Fussballspiel. Meine Kinder haben sich in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und erzählen gerne was es in der Umgebung zu machen gibt. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und kommen gerne zurück!
