The house features three porches —one beside the kitchen, another at the entrance, and a rear terrace— all perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean breeze on warm summer afternoons.

Stay in Portocolom

In general we had a great, relaxed stay. The house was very clean and close to the beach and supermarket. The only con was the photos from the website don‘t represent how it really looks. The interior looks a bit old and the lightning is very cold and dark. So we didn’t feel that comfortable inside. Therefore the outside area was really nice. Furthermore the dogs in the neighbourhood are barking a lot which was annoying. Tony was very friendly and helped us with all of our question. Unfortunately he had a party in his flat above on a wednesday with loud music till 4am and we didn’t get much sleep. So all in all we didn’t feel as comfortable and at home as we could but still had a good time, enjoyed our stay and the price is fair.

Problematic

The house ist beautiful. Well equipped, nice terrace, good cooking facilities. The Problem ist the neighbourhood. At least 10 barking dogs in the direct neighbourhood. Barking all day long! The Landladies son lives upstairs. To enter his flat, he had to cross our terrace. Found that Strange. He also has a Dog, which behaved annoying, disturbing and defacating our terrace. The Agency - Homerti- Did Not react concerning our complaints. Disappointing. Bad service

Nicht so wie bei Fewo angepriesen!

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ordentlich. Aber: 1. Absolut keine ruhige Wohnlage. Das rund um die Uhr anhaltende (laute) Bellen der zahlreichen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft war schon sehr störend. Hierfür kann zwar der Vermieter nichts, aber wer Ruhe braucht, ist hier schnell genervt, vor allem während der Nacht. 2. Es gibt kein Satelliten-Fernsehen. Es ist in der Annonce zwar nur "Fernseher" angegeben, aber 19 Jahre nach der Jahrtausendwende ist das heute obligat. Hier sollte der Vermieter investieren. 3. Das zweite Badezimmer befindet sich außerhalb des Hauses auf dem Hof und ist eine schlecht beleuchtete kleine Nasszelle. Wenn man wirklich zu viert oder sechst dort wohnt, kann das schon ein Problem werden. Im Badezimmer innerhalb des Hauses gibt es kaum Ablageflächen, nur einen Wandschrank. Kurzum, wir sind seit ca. 20 Jahren in Portocolom und hatten für diesen Preis schon sehr viel bessere Unterkünfte.

Spacious, well-maintained house . . .

A very spacious and well-maintained house situated approx. 1 km from the beach. The house had the amenities we wanted. Kitchen and the 2 bathrooms suited our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much and in particular the outdoor terrace/patio was our main area when "at home". However, a car is needed when shopping in nearby supermarkets (in our opinion).
