Ferrer de Shorta is a renovated and spacious holiday home furnished to a high standard. Modern furniture and decor are tastefully combined with high ceilings featuring exposed concrete beams and stone walls, giving the house a rustic ambiance. The entrance is via the pool area. Sliding glass doors lead into the open, well-equipped, bright kitchen with a cooking island. From here, you reach the spacious, bright, and open-plan living and dining area. Two seating areas feature comfortable sofas, and a long wooden table invites you to enjoy meals together. Further sliding glass doors lead to the terrace. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and offer access to the pool. These rooms are each furnished with two single beds and have en-suite shower rooms. A guest toilet and a utility room complete the lower level. A staircase leads from the living/dining area to the first floor. Here you will find three further bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds and an en-suite shower room, as well as access to a large shared terrace with sun loungers and parasols – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of the countryside and the distant sea.

Heating and air conditioning are available in the bedrooms from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.

The pool area, overlooking fruit trees, is the perfect place to read your favorite book or simply enjoy the long summer days. Adjacent to the kitchen is a covered terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a built-in barbecue. The pool, with its steps (11 m x 4 m, minimum depth 1.15 m, maximum depth 1.65 m), is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and a small lawn. Another covered terrace with a sofa and two hanging chairs invites you to relax. Opposite the pool is a bed with a lemon tree and herbs that you are welcome to use for cooking.
