Of course, as home to the University of Arkansas, staying close to downtown is all about the Razorbacks - cheer them on at Bud Walton Arena!
Getting Around: Ozark Regional Transit - ORT travels within Fayetteville, as well as up I-49 to Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville to the North. All routes within the City of Fayetteville are free.
Razorback Transit - Razorback Transit is operated by the University of Arkansas. All fares are free. The bus routes can be seen on Maps. To use, simply go to Maps and click on directions. After that, put in the name or address of your Fayetteville or Northwest Arkansas destination, then tap on the bus icon, and the appropriate Razorback Transit routes will be visible.

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: For direct bookings only, an authorization hold (security deposit) of $250 will be placed on your payment method upon check-in. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Amazing Fayetteville Find!
From the initial communications to the first walk through of this incredible property, we were wowed! Not only was the property beautiful, but the at home feel provided by thoughtful and practical touches absolutely enhanced our stay! Location was ideal for us and walking distance to an impeccably preserved park with a fantastic walking path was a great perk! Will definitely check back next time we are in Fayetteville!

Just like home!!
We hated to leave!! lol...The property was perfect for our long weekend stay to visit our college aged daughter and start her move out for the school year. The townhome was beautifully appointed with its high end finishes and cozy comforts. The elevator ended up being put to good use as my husband was struggling with an Achilles injury. The weather was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor deck. The management company was extremely attentive with their communication as well as responsive when questions did come up. We would love to keep this property a secret from others but can't help but applaud our experience at the Roman. We will be back!!

Wonderful week at The Roman
We had a terrific time at this beautiful property! First, the whole house was spotless, so thanks to the cleaners. Second, the layout of the place is so efficient - thank you to the architect. The furnishings were comfortable and attractive, thanks to the designers. And whomever made the decision on the beds and bedding deserves a medal. Really, the bed was so comfortable. This is a luxe house with top-end furnishings and fixtures - you’ll feel like you’re at a spa. Our host Taylor was very responsive whenever we had questions. Can’t recommend this property highly enough.
