The kitchen need more utensils and all of the plates and bowls are cheap plastic. The mattresses in all of the bedrooms are terrible foam mattresses with no boxspring on any of them.. The couch has areas that you sink in, like the springs are missing.

Parents Weekend

This place was perfect, not fancy, but had all we needed! Plenty of space for 6 of us to stay and relax and enjoy each other without being on top of each other. In addition, we had trouble with the dishwasher the first night and our text was answered IIMMEDIATELY by the property manager who came over and fixed it and brought supplies for us as well. Above and beyond!

U of A visit

We stayed at the house while dropping off our daughter at college. The house is situated about 10 minutes from campus which was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is very spacious and a great place to hangout with family and friends. The kitchen and living room is an open space with a large back game room attached. The owner communicates very well with clients and was very proactive. We knew days in advance what to expect before we left for our trip. Would highly recommend!

Great space in amazing location

This house had everything we needed! We loved that it had easy access to Rogers and Bentonville but was super close to down town Fayetteville! The layout allowed for the adults and kids to do their own thing but still enough space for all of us to be together! We learned how to play shuffleboard and it got pretty competitive! The kids even got to see a family of deer at sunset! We will definitely book again!
