Great for family stay

This was a great house for our family vacation. We enjoyed the community pool. It was a quick and easy walk from the house. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, shower siap, dish soap, laundry soap and cleaning supplies that were redily available. Beds were very comfortable also. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our weekend getaway

This property had everything we needed for a weekend in Fayetteville. The location was close to the grocery, major roads and restaurants. We had six people with us and had plenty of room to spread out!

Great place for weekend visit

Clean and tidy property in a new development. Close to shops and stores and an easy drive to everything we wanted to see & do. Pool is great and not crowded. House as described, would recommend.

Excellent. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO places and this one was ranked right up there with the best of them all. Used the rental to move our daughter into The University of Arkansas and it met all our need and then some.

Fayetteville Arkansas house

The house was just as shown. We would recommend this house. It was a family reunion for our Dad's birthday that brought us to Arkansas and the house was close to everything and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Minutes from campus with pool.

This place was exactly as it appeared. It was even better bc it was a cute little neighborhood of similar homes with a pool. I would recommend spending a few more dollars for nice bedding to knock this place out of the park!

The house was very nice and clean. Our guest contact, Toynua Jones was extremely helpful and even made a trip to the store for us. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. The only negative was that there were no televisions in the guest bedrooms, with the exception of the Master, and we could not find the remote for that room. All in all is was a very pleasant stay.

Granddaughter Starting at UA

We were moving our granddaughter in to UA and this place looked like a nice place for our family. It turned out to be great. All the beds were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I will return again.

Great House for UArk Graduation

We stayed at the home for our daughter's graduation from the University of Arkansas. It was my family as well as both sets of grandparents. The home was perfect for our group - clean, plenty of amenities, and close to campus (as well as close to restaurants and stores so we did not have to drive through campus traffic all the time). Highly recommend!

Beautiful house, great location to highways

My family and I had a great stay at the property. Plenty of room for everyone, open floor plan on main level was great and let everyone be together in a big space. A/C was amazing!! We had to actually turn it down a few times, but comfortable the whole time. The one thing I will say is that the couch while big enough for everyone was not the most comfortable thing and came apart from not being able to secure it. Overall a great place to stay.
