Very nice house, well maintained, with a ton of rooms, but what really stood out was the location. The house is ideal for any activities at URAK or the town square. Fun loft with a pool table above the main living room. Hosts made everything super easy. Only warning is for those sensitive to noise- there is some from the street in the main bedroom.

Wonderful property!

We stayed at this home for our son’s wedding—multiple adult family members and we had so much room to spare. Everything was immaculately clean, and there were so many nice touches. And the location was fantastic for being close to the U of A campus, where the wedding was. Highly recommended!

Family gathering for wedding

Communication was appropriate leading up to the stay...the closer to the date the communication increased as needed. As advertised the property is in close proximity to the U of A campus. For the most part, the property was absolutely fine for a group of adults and a couple teens, but does show some minor signs of "aging".

Mom's weekend in Fayetteville

There were five of us mom that rented the house for Mom's Weekend. This was the first year that we had to look outside where we normally stayed. This house did not disappoint. It was spacious so no one felt like we were crammed in a house. It was conveniently located near the University. The house was clean and very well stocked. I also can't say enough about the property managers. They were VERY responsive and promptly addressed a couple of VERY MINOR issues. They checked on us when we arrive and check on us when we departed. I would highly recommend this house and the propery manager company.

What we needed but needs some work

Overall the house worked very well family needing a place to gather. Some of us stayed in the home and others stayed around town so the location was very convenient for that. Plenty of space and a fairly quiet neighborhood for the kids to run around and play, the second family room downstairs was great for them. The size of the main gathering area was wonderful for us to come together and large kitchen was great for meals. The drawbacks would be, I felt that I needed to wiped down the high touch surfaces around the whole kitchen, railings, and handles before people arrived. I probably would have done had time and better cleaning supplies been then. For the amount you are charged in cleaning fees I didn’t expect to have to do that and find them as dirty as I did. There were also many things just not working or broken, outlets, the basement refrigerator wouldn’t cool, and the foldout bed on the 3rd floor was broken. I was in contact and hopefully they will correct those things before the next guest. Overall the house space was definitely perfect for what we need but the house could use a good day of work and cleaning.

Amazing stay

The house was amazing with enough space for my family. The kids loved the game room and the additional living space downstairs. The property would benefit from a landscaper who would make it so much better to enjoy the outside. It was so warm that we didn’t use it but it would be a nice addition if you could.

Wedding Week

We chose this home for a family hub for my daughter's wedding. I had my immediate family, my parents and in laws all stay here as we awaited the wedding. It was a perfect space! There was accommodations for all for both private time and gathering time. The loft with the games & pool table was a perfect spot for my college kids to have something to do! From the 3 car garage to the wine fridge to the extra kitchen and living room downstairs to the two laundry rooms - it really was the perfect spot! We enjoyed our week long stay!

Great Space for a Large Group

We were in town for a wedding. 4 families with kids of various ages. Plenty of room and each family had their own bathroom although not necessarily connected to their room. Not a problem for our group. The 2nd small kitchen downstairs was great as well as the living area downstairs. Lots of different spaces for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped.

Baseball Tourney Getaway

5 families with high school boys rented this house while we were in Fayetteville for 4 days for a travel baseball tournament. This was the most perfect house! The boys really enjoyed the loft area with a big tv and pool table. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for all 15 of us. The kitchen is big and is stocked with just about everything you need. The backyard was also a fun place for the boys to play frisbee. We would love to stay here again sometime!

Enjoy the Villa!

This was a great place for our family group to stay for a week. The rooms were comfortably spacious and there was plenty of gathering room for all. Although it is close to a very busy intersection, once inside the great room we had the feeling of being in a quiet forest. The photos are for the most part an accurate depiction of the property, but it should be noted that the fenced in lawn area is not flat, but has quite a slope. If you cycle, the Scull Creek Greenway is nearby and provides a direct route up to Lake Fayetteville and joins with the extensive network of bike paths in the Fayetteville-Bentonville area.

Wedding in Fayetteville

Nice house that comfortably accommodated 7 adults and 3 children. Interior is clean and nicely appointed, but outside areas leave something to be desired. Outdoor furniture could use refreshment/replacement. Also supply of glassware, cookware and serving platters/bowls could be improved. We enjoyed our time in Fayetteville/Bentonville and appreciated having a large house in which four generations could comfortably gather.
