Oast Barn Cottage: sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom, sitting room, kitchen/diner, one bathroom (roll top tub and shower). Front yard / garden. Parking for two vehicles on the drive. Lovely views from all windows to the countryside.

Comfortable but cosy seating for 3, log burner, TV with dvd player and a library of dvds to enjoy and board games.
First Floor: Via a steep wooden staircase, (support rail on both sides)

Huge luxurious bathroom with a centre stage freestanding bath tub, dresser style sink and separate shower.

King sized double bed (sleeps 2), Freestanding French wardrobe.

Charming Country Cottage
The cottage is well-fitted and beautifully decorated with an enclosed garden accessed from the kitchen which was ideal for our dogs. The location is good for visiting the area, including Canterbury, Faversham, the coast and many National Trust houses and gardens. There are some good pubs and eateries in the area (including Michelin star dining). We would recommend for a romantic holiday for 2!

Oust Barn Cottage - highly recommend
If you are a Couple, looking for a little 'time out' in a cottage of character within peaceful surroundings, Oust Barn Cottage would be perfect. Really well appointed, has all you need, with the owners close next door if need the contact. Great base to explore North Downs - history and cultural heritage is half an hour away with Canterbury, Chatham. The Coast within 20 minutes to Whitstable - or more inland to fabulous villages with their famous Oust houses. Many well signposted walking routes over gentle hills and in good weather, nothing better to rest the mind -- we can highly recommend.

We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door de gastvrouw. Er stond een voedsel pakket voor de eerste dag/ochtend klaar (eieren, melk, koffie, thee, sap, vers brood). Het bed is comfortabel en heeft superzacht beddengoed. Alles is piekfijn voor elkaar en je hebt veel privacy. Een aanrader!
