Maine Log Home. Private setting, year round rental with 100 feet of water frontage on beautiful Parker Pond. This home has 3 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 3 full beds, 2 twin beds, and a roll away bed. There is also a loft with 1 full and 1 twin bed. There is a master bathroom with a shower and a Jet tub upstairs. The downstairs the bathroom has a shower. There is a full sized eat in kitchen and a separate dining area. Enjoy the living room with fireplace, TV/family room with plenty of games for rainy days. There is a 3 season porch overlooking Parker Pond, an additional porch and deck for outside barbeques and a stone fire pit. Please use your best discretion when having outside fires.
The property sets back 100 feet from the water with natural walking paths leading to an oversized dock system. Deep waterfront. Parker Pond perimeter is 15.8 miles (1,524 acres) and 76 feet deep.
