The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. When we reported our room as too hot and we were unable to lower the thermostat on the radiator they were in to fix it.

The bathroom was tired and could do with a makeover but for £45 it was ok. The most annoying issue was the heating, the radiator in the room did not have a thermostatic valve on it as it was missing so the heating was on full all night and the room was like a sweat box. Had a very poor sleep and certainly won’t be wanting this room again.
