This stylish 2.5-room flat (57m2) in Falera was completely remodelled and renovated in November 2024. The flat offers space for up to 4 people. Only high-quality and modern materials were used. All the new furnishings come from the renowned Zurich furniture store Schubiger Möbel.

It was furnished under the motto: modern design with alpine charm. Very comfortable and stylish furniture and accessories from well-known brands make your holiday an experience.

The fully equipped, modern kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy together, while the tastefully furnished living room offers the perfect place to relax.

In the cosy bedroom, you will find soothing relaxation thanks to the high-quality mattresses.

From the terrace you can enjoy a marvellous view of the mountains - this is available to you and the guests of the Casa Ladina 4 flat for barbecues.

The flat impresses with its high-quality furnishings and attention to detail, making it a special retreat in the Alps.

Car: Free parking is available directly in front of the flat. You will also receive a Falera car pass for the period you have booked.

From the flat you can walk to the chair lift in about 8 minutes, which will take you to the large Laax/Flims ski area in 8 minutes. After 4 minutes you are in the village centre, where there is also a grocery store. From there you could also take the shuttle bus for the rest of the way to the chairlift. If you want to be even more comfortable, you can hire a ski locker (also for boots and helmets) at the Falera valley station (there is space for 2 pairs) - then you can comfortably walk up to the lift in normal boots

Falera offers a wide range of activities in both winter and summer that will delight visitors of all ages. WINTER: With 28 lifts and 224 kilometres of pistes, the ski area is one of the largest in Switzerland. Snowboarders are particularly spoilt in Laax with its own halfpipes and parks. (Access to the ski area from Falera is ideal). The ski bus runs from the village centre (4 minutes away) directly to the children's ski lift in Falera, which is beautifully situated. There is also a small restaurant where you can enjoy the sun and watch the children skiing. Then it's off to the 3.5 km long toboggan run, which runs from Curnius down to Falera. Children and parents will love it. For cross-country skiers there is a varied network of 62 kilometres of double-tracked trails. SUMMER: One of the most beautiful mountain lakes is Lake Cauma (15 minutes from Falera), a must-see. Mountain bikers also get their money's worth in Laax. There are also countless hikes through the countryside. The Laax app provides all the information you need.
