Clean and upgraded

Nice hotel! The outside is deceiving because the inside is very nice, clean and renovated. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet.

We have stayed at the Inn 3 X in the last 4 years. It is a good location. We have twice been given room 101, right next to the lobby where everyone congregates and right next to a pool table that doesn’t have a curfew. We will probably try someone else next time.

We were greeted by strong dog odor in our room like a dog had been breathing down our throats. It ruined our whole stay in Invermere. There was never mention of any dog room. We don't have pets and were negatively affected by the odor which would not leave. I thought there were standards motels had to comply with. It was very repulsive and the staff wouldn't do anything about it, said I had to contact Expedia for any credit or discount because of the sickening odor.

Motel is located within 10min walk from the beach and downtown invermere is directly outside. Provides easy parking for the area. Motel common areas and room are clean. Washroom is not claustrophobic amd room provides 2 comfortable queen beds. Microwave and small fridge (no freezer) are provided. Motel is very pet friendly. A pet loot bag is provided at checkin. Front staff very friendly and welcoming. Will stay here again.

The first 2 rooms they put us in on the 1st floor smelled very bad, mouldy and musty. They found us a room on the 3rd floor after about 30 minutes that didn't have the same smell. Acceptable for one night stay.
