This is a lovely, comfortable home. The back patio is large and fenced in, so perfect if you want to bring your dog! We could not get the hot tub to heat up, nor did we contact the host to remedy the problem. We were there in July and it was very hot outside, so we weren't motivated to get in it anyway. This is a great house for a larger group reunion. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware and all essentials. Plenty of bed linens, etc. .

Just returned from an amazing 5 days in Fairhope at the Emerson house to celebrate my son's wedding. Beth Ann(property manager)was wonderful to work with. This property is in an ideal location and is so well equipped. I have rented many houses over the years but have never had one provide so much. Having a golf cart was an added bonus. We had an a/c issue but it was resolved immediately. Highly recommend this for large groups or families. Hope to return soon!
