There was only one person at the desk and a long line, booked and paid for a 3 bed bedroom and was not available at check in, the offered 2 separate rooms that doesn’t work when you’re traveling with kids. The whole place needs an update and cleaning. Would not recommend.

Just save your time and don't book this place.

The hotel was made out to be totally different than it was. We booked our trip back in January and the reviews at the time were promising. As we got closer to our date of stay, the reviews that were coming in were less than ideal. We decided to give the hotel a chance and not rely solely on reviews of other people whom we didn't know and that's where we went wrong. The cleanliness was none. The door had no seal and the neighbors were smoking things that were health concerns ESPECIALLY having chileren with us. The room was so dirty, it looked like the floors had never seen a clean mop. The sinks didn't drain, the fridge didn't work, there was mildew/mold on all pieces of furniture. I had brought cleaner to use if needed and I used some when we first got there and then later decided we didn't even feel safe enough to stay one night. We ended up bringing the keys to the night clerk, explained everything that was wrong, she said she would note it, but who knows. It was just an altogether terrible experience and I hope noone else has to go through that on their first night of a should be a great holiday/summer vacation. Definitely a scam/rip off, especially since they won't reimburse your first night/stay when leaving under these conditions.

A 1 out of 10! Do not rent here!

For the price i dudnt expect luxury but i dis expect clean! The entire place is dirty! The outside was dirty the elevator was disgusting and nkt cleaned once while we were there. Our room was dirty and falling apart. The beds were uncomfortable and the room smelled awful like cheap cleaning prosucts that i know hadnt been used. I dont know how rhos place passes an inspection. The ceilings are peeling off holes woth sharp edges in the tile. No drain cover in the sink water wouldnt drain in the tub. People in the parking lot climbing on top of a car. Someone knocking on our door at 2 am. Very trashy place. I was 8 hours from home and had no choice but to stay for 2 night's and found something else. Do not waste your money staying here!!
