Cozy comfortable

This property was cozy and comfortable and only a short drive from the attractions we were in town to explore. The only less than stellar point was the refrigerator needed a good wipe down and had used and expired condiments in it. All in all it was a relaxing experience.

It was just the right size and the location was super close to Downtown. The check in process was very easy and we were able to get in and settled easily. The only thing I can comment on that needed attention was the cleanliness of the fridge. Everything else was as expected if not better.

Better than expected

Excellent place to stay. The apartment was very clean and everything worked. The owners definitely take care of it. Parking is right out front, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and it's close to everything in Fairbanks. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear people upstairs but it wasnt a deal-breaker for me by any means. I will try to stay here again next time I visit Fairbanks.
