Our room was 79 degrees with no air on when we entered. Most hotels turn the air on for you when you’re about to arrive. It was too hot to stay in the room. Once the AC was turned on it cooled down after 30 minutes. Someone came up to help us as soon as we called.

When we checked in there was a private gala happening-tons of people, minimal parking, but the staff was great. Once to our toon we didn’t hear a peep from the event downstairs. We used to stay at a different hotel when in town- we will be staying here again in the future!

You could hear people opening their doors and then the door would slam shut and wake me up. I barely slept because of the doors slamming. Also I was in a room that had sliding door to atrium where breakfast was served and you could hear the people in the atrium and chairs moving. Again no good sleep!!

We had no towels in our room and there was food that smelled horrible left in microwave. Front desk person was fantastic and took 20% off our bill, but we feel that our bill should have been cleared. We always use hotels.com and we’re surprised that nothing was really done.

Welcome cookies rock.

Friendly staff & love welcome cookies. Breakfast's is available but just really ain’t all that good. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom is cramp; so much so that it seems to not have a full-sized toilet. Rather it’s the size that would be in a kindergarten. Kinda odd.
