Beach location
Great location on the beach with lovely views of the water and pool. The courtesy bus during the day was great but would have liked it to run in the evenings also. Would definitely stay there again.

Mantarays is a great location right by the water and walkable into Exmouth central. about 25 min. The rooms were great and the views are fantastic across the Exmouth Gulf. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Overall a really good experience. Especially service. Room was huge, just missing some decor to give it character. Need a car to get around in the evening.

The property is very centrally located, with easy access to everything. You definitely need a car in my opinion to explore the area with ease. The bathroom had a LOT of mould in the grout which could definitely do with a good soak of bleach. We ate at the restaurant and the French waitress is amazing and very friendly and helpful, the menu is very seafood orientated (understandable for the area) would have been nice to see a chicken dish or vegetarian options without cheese on there.
