Good modern hotel with a convenient location just off the M5. Parking for hotel guests is not included in the room price which is disappointing. You can pre-pay for parking via Expedia to reduce the parking costs.

Modern Comfortable Hotel

Great hotel, modern, comfortable and clean room if a little on the small size. Food was good but would like more menu choice as there aren't really any alternative places to eat nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Lovely modern eco hotel, staff very helpful. Dog friendly but unfortunately they were allowed on the seating, in the lounge/bar, and made a mess on the pathways in the car park. Not the hotels fault but irresponsible dog owners.

Loved our three day stay at the Zeal hotel. Rooms were lovely, huge comfy beds, lovely and clean and everything you needed right there. Staff were also very helpful and restaurant food delicious. Had a lovely peaceful visit would recommend.

The hotel was lovely staff very friendly and helpful. Free hot drinks available 24hrs and water. Our first time taking our new puppy on holiday so pet friendly also which was great for us with the children also. The breakfast buffet was amazing lots of choice available. Our children didn’t make it down for breakfast as was by 10am. But the staff game us a takeaway box to put a croissant in each for them so was really nice. There was entertainment on the terrace music playing which was lovely get DJ. Will definitely be back to the hotel Thankyou so much to all the staff they work so hard all day long making sure everyone is happy! Regards Kristine Swanson
