The staff is rude housekeeping keeping knocking on the door interrupting my sleep at 930am and 1015 am when check out is at 11 the manager didn’t care and did not accommodate me for the inconvenience

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I dislike being locked out of my room in wet closed after using the pool because the lock didn't work and we had to move to another room after we had already unpacked but was quickly arranged by our receptionist.
