The CICIOSO Boutique Hotel in Évora is a gem that perfectly balances charm, comfort, and location. The architecture is beautiful and has been remodeled to retain the history's charm while adding modern touches, with tall ceilings that give the space an airy, elegant feel. Our room was a true retreat. The large, comfortable bed, quiet ambiance, and an exquisite balcony that felt like a private little escape after a day exploring the city. Breakfast was another highlight: wonderful and generous, with fresh fruit and a variety of choices that made it easy to start the day happy and well-fed. The location is also incredibly convenient; ideal for walking to Évora’s main sights without feeling stuck in the busiest tourist swirl. What really elevates the experience, though, is the staff. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they made everything feel effortless. If you’re looking for a stylish, restful base in Évora with boutique personality and warm hospitality, CICIOSO is an excellent choice.

This hotel is a true gem! The room was spotless and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. At the check-in we were greeted with a smile and provided with all of the information we needed. This was a fabulous place with a Cool vibe. Clean and in walking distance of restaurants, chapel of bones, Evora chapel and the Roman Ruins. The breakfast was delicious had great breads, yogurt, pastry, cereal, juices, coffee, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit. I would definately stay again.

The staff was very nice and the hotel’s layout and shared spaces were better than expected. We had trouble with only having one key, having to use it to get the lights to work, and getting the room cool enough - but that could be due to EU bureaucratic meddling.

This is a very comfortable hotel with an outstanding and helpful staff. The room is a good size with a few complementary drinks in the mini fridge. The pool is great. The breakfast was varied and delicious with many choices. Every staff we met went out of their way to make sure everything was good. Highly recommended.
