Great back yard and Convienient location.

We did a guys trip to go to the Recteq Academy BBQ class nearby. I wanted a home where 6 guys could stay comfortably and enjoy time away from work. The home had plenty of room and the backyard provided a great place for conversations, relaxing around the fire or a little competitive jabbs playing horseshoes.

Perfect for our family gathering

After the long drive to our vacation spot, it was a treat to arrive at this beautiful home! The beds were quite comfortable, all the amenities were there as if you were home, and the view was amazing! Once we found where everything was located, it was smooth sailing! We will definitely stay here again! The host always responded in a very timely manner, and he was always available when we had questions. The host went over and beyond to ensure we had a marvelous time while visiting this beautiful state of Georgia!

Christmas Weekend fun

We stayed here for a Christmas celebration so we wouldn’t have to drive across the state twice in one day. The hot tub was easy to use, the propane tanks were full for the grill and fire pit, the kitchen was outfitted well for cooking big family meals. We were very pleased with all of the accommodations, beds, bathrooms, and the great extras like the foosball table and golden tee game console. Parking was plentiful, the lot had great privacy from the road and neighbors. This is a great place to stay for multi family trips. We highly recommend it to anyone who is considering a stay.

A super and fun stay!

Extremely well appointed home with an engaged and helpful host. The game room and backyard are filled with opportunities for fun and family memories. Incredible and large backyard that appears to be designed for events. Rear deck is huge. We really enjoyed the out door dart board, propane fire pit, well designed horseshoe pits and all of the comfortable seating areas for relaxing and socializing including a nice screened porch. Outdoor lighting at night was a nice bonus. Game room was also a highlight. The teens loved foosball, arcade games, board games, putt putt golf, music/karaoke player and the freestanding golf video game was a hit for all including adults. Rooms and beds were comfortable and plentiful. We have rented many homes and this was the best supplied in terms of paper towels, toilet paper and other typical needs. More parking available than any other home rented as well. Thank you to Vahan for the thoughtful welcome package including bottled water and snacks. Everything was well labelled and host instructions were clear and comprehensive. Highly recommended and if we stay in the area again, we will hope to stay again.

We had such an amazing stay! The place has so much to offer! It was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the little touches that make you feel right at home. The location was perfect, it’s peaceful and relaxing. What really made our experience stand out was the host, Vahan. From the moment we booked, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication was excellent! Every message was answered quickly. It was clear that the host truly cares about his guests. Vahan went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, even checking in during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and it’s rare to find that level of care and attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt completely at ease throughout our stay. It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

AMAZING!

"The Pine Cone" was everything it lived up to be! What you see is what you get. All the pictures from the listing were fully accurate and prettier in person. The house was immaculate, super clean and exactly what we needed. We easily had enough space for 12 of us, the yard was massive and really enjoyable as we cooked out and enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. 20 minutes to Augusta National. Vahan was absolutely attentive and super responsive for everything we asked. I couldn't ask for anything more from a great host and for a great vacation home. If I ever come back to Augusta, I would love to stay again. You won't be disappointed. Thanks for everything.
