This place felt like home! The large fenced yard was perfect for our pups and made them feel at home as well. Beautiful views, secluded enough for peace but still close to town / activities. Host was communicative and welcomed our furry babies. The house was CLEAN, beautiful and had all we needed for the week.

Animal paradise

Great farm land fun!! We watched all the animals from the full glass sunroom. This place is super clean with a simplistic flair. It had everything we needed and lots of space. All beds and furniture we're very comfy. The host was very attentive and i would recommend this place to all.

Short family getaway

We had a very nice stay at the dreamcatcher property this past weekend. The house is just as it looks in the pictures and even though there were four of us staying it was nice and roomy. We really enjoyed the sunroom. The easy access to the fenced backyard from the sunroom was really helpful for our senior dog. Even though we didn’t grill out during our stay, we still enjoyed sitting out on the patio. Our host Aspen was very helpful during our booking process and quickly answered any of the questions we had. We would highly recommend the dreamcatcher property if you are planning a trip to Eureka Springs, Arkansas in the future.

The property was set up well for our pets, and they really enjoyed the backyard. There were a few maintenance issues, including gaps in the fence that had been temporarily filled with items like pots and lawn ornaments. To the owner’s credit, these gaps were addressed within about 24 hours of us reporting them.There were also some minor issues with the lighting over the bar and with doors not closing or latching properly. The most concerning was the screen door, which did not latch at all—this could be a safety issue, especially for guests with pets near a road.We appreciated being able to bring multiple animals, and the initial cleaning fee seemed reasonable given that. After our stay, we were notified of excessive hair and urine in the bedroom. We were shown photos of the hair, which we expected to some extent after a seven-night stay with dogs, but we were not provided any evidence of urine. We were charged an additional fee, which we were willing to pay if warranted, but the lack of documentation for that portion was frustrating.We have stayed in several vacation rentals with our pets and have not encountered issues like this before. Overall, we would consider staying here again, but would likely document and communicate any concerns more thoroughly at the start of the stay.
