Room was great!Only issue was parking. Despite a designated spot, we were unable to park due to others parking over the line. It would be helpful if all rockhouse spots were together. This was our second time staying here, and both times we had parking issues.

The room is clean and very nicely furnished, the kitchenette has what we needed for having a light snack and cocktails. The cave right beyond the patio made it the most unique places we've stayed in. It's also right in the center of Eureka Springs making it a convenient to restaurants and shopping.Check in and out was easy the host responded to questions in a timely manner.If you have a lot of luggage the parking spot is a bit of a walk from the room.

Perfect location w/amazing private courtyard

Eureka Springs is a great place to get away and we loved our stay at the Rock House Suites cave unit. We were provided a reserved parking space (prime real estate in the historic district) and were within walking distance of most of the shopping and restaurants in the historic downtown area. The rental itself was spotlessly clean and provided tons of natural light through the gorgeous sunlights. So, if you want to sleep while keeping the sunlight out, this isn’t the place for you. The private courtyard was our favorite morning coffee place and hearing the water trickle off the bluff behind the courtyard while being able to watch animals run across the ridge was perfect. Like many places in ES, be prepared to use the stairs to get into the unit. However, it’s totally worth every step to the door for a unique, perfect stay in ES. The host was excellent. At one point, we had a stranger occupy the reserved parking spot (make sure you put out the orange cone to keep this from happening). Our host called guests in other units and others to determine who drove the car. Eventually she helped us get back into the parking spot. They had a backup spot we were able to use in the meantime. Great experience all around!

Wonderful relaxing stay. Beautiful room and patio. Loved the sound of the waterfall and cave on the patio. Great location. Bed was very comfortable and room/bathroom very large. Plenty of amenities. Would stay here again.

Perfect Anniversary Stay

The property was unique, historic and beautiful. We had the outside patio to ourselves. I surprised my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary and he was very impressed. The cave was cool and we loved its history provided on the historic marker. The location is in downtown Eureka Springs just a short stroll from Basin Spring Park.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Rock House Cave Suite C. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the patio because it rained all weekend. The location was ideal-we could just walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Eureka Springs. There were even treats for us when we arrived! Heads up-the reserved parking is across the street but we had no issues with anyone taking our spot. And it was nice to have a reserved spot. We will definitely stay there again in the future- hopefully when the weather is pleasant. -Maggie B
