First time to Carlton Landing. We really enjoyed the house and the area. The house was very well stocked and very comfortable for our family. We definitely want to come back in the summer with all the activities that are offered.

Beautiful home, great location, spacious screened-in patio

Stayed here with my family over fall break and it’s been my favorite stay at CL so far. Great location, beautiful home, lovely spacious screened-in patio area and very clean!

Short Getaway

House is in perfect location and has beautiful finishes. The porch is a perfect place to watch a family movie or listen to the music at the Meeting House. My favorite rental here so far.

The Mont is a beautiful home, very clean and comfortable.We loved the porches (upstairs, side, and front!) and the back yard was wonderful. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great time, loved that the community was walkable (even though it was hot!). It was fun to rent a golf cart for the day. The pools were beautiful and we enjoyed the sandy beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Really Special

The Mont is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed eating and visiting with each other in the enclosed porch. The house had everything anyone could want to make their stay enjoyable. It made our trip to the beautiful community of Carlton Landing that much sweeter and I’d love to stay there again!

The Mont - with three Master Bedrooms - was the perfect place. It was centrally located to the various amenities. It was a great, family oriented time.

We had a small issue with the HVAC and LakeStay had someone over to fix it within an hour or so. Location was ideal and the house couldn't have been more perfect. Will stay here again for sure!

There were no specific instructions except to set thermostat & lock up, wipe up any spills. But if that was all we needed to do that's a great short list.

The location is so close to the Meeting House and the house is so well stocked with cooking supplies and amenities. We loved the backyard and front porch and the furniture was all comfy. The parking was a bit tight, especially because the carriage house was also rented but it was easy to park a vehicle at the meeting house due to the location. Highly recommend this great house!
