However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.

We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am.
