Summary: Casa adosada a 20 metros del mar. En una urbanización cerrada y tranquila. Con terraza propia, jardín, piscina y pádel comunitarios. Tiene acceso directo a una playa poco masificada. Cercano a zona de restaurantes, tiendas y supermercado. En cuanto al entono, se encentra a unos 3 kilómetros del centro Estepona y a 25 del de Marbella.
The Space: Lo que más me gusta de esta casa es que se puede disfrutar de un lugar tranquilo y de la naturaleza, con la playa a un paso, al mismo tiempo que se puede ir a comprar, a bares o incluso llegar hasta el pueblo caminando.

The Neighborhood: La Urbanización Laguna Beach se sitúa en una zona de Estepona conocida como la Punta de Plata. Es una zona residencial y vacacional, bastante tranquila en general. Pero cerca de centros comerciales, tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Además existe un sendero de madera de gran belleza natural, que discurre por la playa, ideal para pasear a pié o en bicicleta o hacer ejercicio.
Getting Around: A unos 80km del Aeropuerto de Málaga y 70 del de Gibraltar, la casa se encuentra aproximadamente a un kilómetro de la Estación de autobuses de Estepona y a unos 300 metros de la parada del autobús urbano. Si usa coche suele haber aparcamiento al aire libre en la urbanización, sólo en Julio y Agosto esto puede ser más complicado.
