The complex offers a communal pool & gym and the house benefits from an allocated parking space in the secure underground carpark. There is a choice of nearby Golf clubs, the closest being 4kms away. Cancelada has many amenities including restaurants, bars and supermarkets and this stretch of the coast has many beach bars and restaurants to enjoy on the beach, just 3km away.
